I had such a great experience purchasing several mattresses for a new house here. I was on a tight timeline, and having to make the purchases over the phone sight unseen, they made it happen. A few of the mattresses needed to be swapped out after they were delivered and we realized they didn’t fit our antique beds. Factory Furniture did everything to make it right and sure we got what we needed. Would 100% recommend.

From furnishing a luxury lake house or a first home, you aren’t going to find better prices or customer service! Absolutely worth the trip from Nashville, Chattanooga, etc. Great floor selection and can also order in as well. Can’t sing their praises enough!

I purchased a power recliner on a Saturday and needed it delivered quickly because of a surgery I was having on Monday. They responded fast a had it delivered about 4 hours later. And let me add that there were bad storms coming through at the time. I experienced awesome customer service from the sales lady to the young gentleman that delivered the recliner. Thank you

For the past 30 years all of my Lazyboy chairs have been purchased at Factory Furniture. Christine is so helpful in answering questions and even pulling from the warehouse awork sleeper sofa for me to try out. Two trips was all it took and delivery will be made in 5 days! Good God fearing folks 😉
